Portfolio Manager

Ched joined Acropolis in 2019 and has been working in the financial services industry since 2014.  He works with clients to coordinate decisions regarding investment accounts, Social Security, healthcare, tax planning, insurance needs, retirement benefits, charitable gifting strategies, and estate planning.  Ched’s passion lies in providing timely advice to clients in all stages of life – from young professionals to retired career employees and business owners.

Ched brings a variety of experience to his role at Acropolis, having previously been the Manager of Nvsted, a FINRA-registered funding platform serving St. Louis startups and entrepreneurs.  Prior to that, Ched worked as a SAFE-registered Personal Banker at Wells Fargo in San Luis Obispo, California, and also served as a Financial Services Technician in the United States Air Force, which took him to Colorado, Mississippi, and California.

Ched earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM (CFP®) designation in 2021 and is a member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA) of Greater Saint Louis. He is also a member of Acropolis’ Investment Committee and is responsible for assisting with the development and execution of investment strategies across the firm.

Ched earned his Bachelor’s in Business Administration from McKendree University in Lebanon, IL, which is also his hometown.  In addition, Ched studied Economics at the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, CO, where he was also active as a Soaring Instructor Pilot for the 94th Flying Training Squadron.

Outside of Acropolis, Ched volunteers his time in a number of ways, including numerous church programs and events in the startup and entrepreneurial community.  In his spare time, Ched enjoys golf, soccer, guitar, and woodworking.
